1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, training programs, bootcamps, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by ReSquare Tech Trainings ("ReSquare," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of NCPL Consulting ("NCPL"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By enrolling in a training program or bootcamp, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services Description

ReSquare Tech Trainings provides:

• Instructor-Led Training (ILT): Live, online or in-person training courses led by industry-experienced instructors covering technologies including DevOps, AI & ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, and Cybersecurity.
• Bootcamps: Intensive, time-bound programs combining structured learning, hands-on projects, mentorship, and career preparation.
• Self-Paced Learning: Recorded content and materials accessible on-demand with periodic mentor support.
• Corporate Training: Customized training solutions for teams and organizations.
• Certification Preparation: Guided preparation for industry-recognized certifications.

Course content, schedules, instructors, and pricing are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes.

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is completed upon submission of the registration form and receipt of full or partial payment (as applicable). You will receive a confirmation email with course details, schedule, and access instructions.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£), CAD ($), or INR (₹) as selected. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made through our approved payment channels (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways).
• Installment plans may be available for select programs. Terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Corporate and group pricing is available upon request.

4.3 Scholarships and Discounts

Scholarships, early-bird discounts, and promotional offers are available at our discretion and subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund; full credit toward a future program valid for 6 months.
• After program commencement: No refund or credit unless exceptional circumstances apply (at our sole discretion).

5.2 Cancellation by ReSquare

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including but not limited to slides, videos, code samples, exercises, assessments, handouts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of ReSquare Tech Trainings and/or NCPL Consulting.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your personal learning purposes during and after the program.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course materials without our prior written consent.
• Screen recording, audio recording, or any form of capturing live sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

7. Code of Conduct

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory behavior during sessions.
• Not share login credentials, course access, or materials with unauthorized individuals.
• Complete assessments and projects independently unless group work is specified.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this Code of Conduct without refund.

8. Certificates

• Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements specified for each program.
• Certificates are issued by ReSquare Tech Trainings and represent completion of the program, not a professional license or accreditation (unless the program is specifically tied to an external certification body).
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or Code of Conduct violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including job placement, salary increases, certification pass rates, or career advancement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReSquare Tech Trainings, NCPL Consulting, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you enrolled:

• United Kingdom participants: Laws of England and Wales; courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Canada participants: Laws of the Province of Ontario; courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• India participants: Laws of India; courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or infrastructure failures.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific program terms communicated at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReSquare Tech Trainings regarding your use of our Services. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
